- Repair or replace steel structural members as required.
- Remove, provide and install new high efficiency fill, drift eliminators and louvers.
- Repair or provide and install new siding, fan stacks and ladders.
- Repair or provide and install new steel hot and cold water basins.
- Repair or provide and install new distribution systems in counterflow towers.
- Rebuild or provide and install new gearboxes. Often gearboxes can be rebuilt in place.
- Provide and install new driveshafts, motors, fans and belts.
- Align and dynamically balance mechanical equipement to ensure smooth, quite operation.
Care is given to existing equipment and surroundings. For example, when requested, we provide roof, hallway, stair and elevator protection. In addition, off hour delivery of materials and removal of debris is available, when necessary.
Sometimes repair and/or upgrade of an existing cooling tower is not the most economical or desirable solution. For such times let Tower Performance, Inc. provide a new steel or fiberglass cooling tower. In many cases, the existing cooling tower can be broken down into its components and easily removed. A new cooling tower can be brought to the location "knocked down" and assembled in place.
